Responsibilities: As a dispatch assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our courier services. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and organizing delivery schedules, communicating with drivers and customers, and providing necessary support to ensure efficient deliveries. You will assist in managing logistics, tracking shipments, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the delivery process. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.
Responsibilities: As a sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting Green Couriers' eco-friendly services. You will actively seek out new business opportunities, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to drive sales growth. Your goal will be to increase our customer base, expand market reach, and raise awareness of our environmentally conscious courier solutions. Proven sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and knowledge of the courier industry are advantageous for this position.
Responsibilities: As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing our dispatch system to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will assign drivers to deliveries, monitor progress, and handle customer inquiries related to delivery status or changes. In this role, you will need to multitask effectively, make quick decisions, and adapt to changing circumstances. Familiarity with dispatch software and excellent problem-solving skills are highly valued for this position.
